Apparel:

-Processing Time Disclaimer: Please note that due to our status as a small home based business, processing time for personalized orders may take up to two weeks. Rest assured, we are diligently working to expand and improve our operations, with plans to increase production efficiency and reduce processing times in the near future. Plaques:

- Physical product will be shipped NLT 2 weeks.

-The paint from the hand painted items like the Butcher Boards and Banner color filled are what dictate this timeline. We literally have to wait for the paint to dry before shipping.

o Lightly clean with a micro-fiber cloth and mild surface cleaner.

o Do not get wet, raw wood will swell and distort.

o Swefter dusters and other clothes will "catch" and tear (damage) or leave fibers behind that are difficult to remove.

Apparel:

- Returns and refunds are not accepted. For any issues with orders please feel free to contact us and we will do what we can to resolve the issue.

Plaques:

- Once a "Proof" has been approved, returns or refunds will NOT be accepted.
