Every item in The Rustic Warrior store is made to order. We are committed to getting your order into production and shipped within 7 business days of purchase.

Please note that your selected shipping method — whether Ground, Priority, or Express — applies to transit time only and does not affect production time. Selecting Priority Mail does not mean same-day or expedited production. Your order enters the production queue regardless of shipping speed selected.

Orders may be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Once your order has entered production after that window, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

You will receive two emails regarding your order — a confirmation email at the time of purchase, and a second email containing your tracking number once your item has shipped.

If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failure to collect from the carrier, the cost of reshipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

Custom and personalized items — including any product featuring a name, unit, or custom design specific to the customer — are final sale. No returns or exchanges will be accepted on these items unless the error was made on our end, such as an incorrect size shipped or a misspelling that differs from what was submitted at checkout.

For non-custom general items, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

• Item must be unworn and unwashed
• Return must be requested within 14 days of confirmed delivery
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Once the returned item is received and inspected, a full refund will be issued

Your Rustic Warrior gear is built to last — treat it that way:

• Wash inside out
• Cold or low temperature wash
• Low heat dry
• Do not iron

Following these instructions protects the print and extends the life of your gear.
