- Physical product will be shipped NLT 2 weeks.

-The paint from the hand painted items like the Butcher Boards and Banner color filled are what dictate this timeline. We literally have to wait for the paint to dry before shipping.

Return/exchanges At The Rustic Warrior, each piece is custom-made with care after the order is placed, tailored specifically to each customer’s request. As a family-run, single-person business, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for custom items due to incorrect sizing, spelling, or item selection.

If an error is made on our part, we will gladly correct it. While we cannot process returns or exchanges, we are committed to working closely with customers to address any issues and ensure you’re happy with your purchase. Thank you for supporting small business and for understanding our policies!

Please wash and dry inside out at normal setting. Not iron safe

o Lightly clean with a micro-fiber cloth and mild surface cleaner.

o Do not get wet, raw wood will swell and distort.

o Swefter dusters and other clothes will "catch" and tear (damage) or leave fibers behind that are difficult to remove.
